Senior Cloud Solutions Architect
Reporting directly to the Technology Solutions Manager this position encompasses the delivery of network projects and support services for all contracted and non-contracted network clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional understanding of all portfolio solutions, services and all-round technical knowledge whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and communication. As this is a technical position, having a good technical knowledge of a range of business infrastructure and networks is paramount.

The role:
- Implementation and delivery of Cloud and Network projects to contracted and non- contracted customers (major)
- Recommendations of relevant new technical procedures to Technology Solutions Manager
- Direct and in-direct pre-sales assistance to sales team in solution design and delivery (EG major surveys and reports)
- Technical escalation points of contact for more junior engineers and support staff
- Eligible for delivery of out of hours network support services to contracted 24/7 customers, when required, on a rota basis (opt in)
- Delivery of network support services to contracted and non-contracted customers (where required)
- Ensuring all SLA obligations are met in delivery of above services (where required)
To be successful you will:
- Possess a full UK Driving Licence
- Have a minimum of 3 years in delivering cloud projects
- Be experienced in Azure and Microsoft 365
- Be qualified to Degree and/or A-Level standard in IT or related subjects
- Be independent, organised and self-motivated
- Be analytical, results and detail orientated
- Need to be a UK resident
