THE CHALLENGE
When Utilize took on the management of this Property Consultancy’s IT systems, the company’s servers were all on premise. Not only were these physical systems taking up valuable space in their offices, but much of the hardware was also approaching end of life.
They knew that this legacy technology presented high overhead costs and had become a hindrance to growth, due to the limited flexibility it was offering. The company was keen to embrace Cloud technology with the goal of providing its staff with a better working experience. Discussions with Utilize centred on the benefits of Microsoft Azure in terms of increased flexibility, resilience and security. A decision was soon made to move away from Exchange and migrate all of the client’s data to the cloud.
