Tracy Bartlett

Having enjoyed previous careers in the Hospitality, Royalties and IT sectors, Tracy initially joined Utilize’s Accounts department in 2015. In what has been a busy subsequent seven years, she has forged a new career path, retraining and gaining an Associate Membership with the CIPD and is currently working towards her Chartered Membership.

As Utilize HR Officer, Tracy has overseen the growth of our business from 54 to 134 employees, over the last six years. She is a passionate advocate of our ‘People First’ ethos, ensuring that we employ the right people who will live and breathe our core values - Team spirit, Quality, and Accountability.

Whilst not at work, Tracy enjoys sharing the fruits of her culinary talents with family and friends.
