Marketing Manager
Reporting directly to the Managing Director (interim), the Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping develop, implement, and refine the marketing strategy to support the business’ goals. They will collaborate with external subject matter experts and partners to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
This position requires a self-starter who is sociable, innovative, and driven to ensure success in this role. Always looking at ways to become more efficient and profitable.

The role:
This role is primarily about the execution of the marketing strategy that has been collaboratively developed in alignment with the business goals. The strategy will be designed to drive brand awareness, build lead generation, and enhance customer engagement. Areas of responsibility include:
- Marketing Strategy Development
- Campaign Management
- Event Planning and Execution
- Stakeholder Management
To be successful you will:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Experience in managing small teams
- The ability to manage and prioritise own time and work to tight deadlines
- Be able to work as part of multi-disciplined teams and collaborate effectively
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation, preferably within the technology or managed services industry
- A strong understanding of marketing channels, tactics, and analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
