Amy Gorbell is a finalist in 'Women in IT Excellence' Awards

It gives me great pleasure to announce that our very own Amy Gorbell has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Women in IT Excellence Awards 2018.

For those who don’t know her story, Amy first joined us as a temp in September 2007 aged 18. Some 11 years on, she has risen to the role of Office Manager and serves as a shining example of what Utilize is all about.

Our company would be a less dynamic place without the constant support of this lovely lady. Whether she is liaising with the management team to deliver important projects, welcoming visitors to our offices or arranging staff social functions, Amy works tirelessly in her role and always with a smile on her face.

A champion of the Utilize culture, Amy has never shied away from accepting greater responsibility. She is conscientious, reliable and has driven her own self-development during her years with the business.

It is particularly fitting that Amy has been shortlisted in the category of “Role Model of the Year” and I would personally like wish her the best of luck in becoming the deserved winner!
