Damian joined Utilize in 2004 after 14 years of working for several global financial institutions in the City.

Whilst having worn many hats in his tenure at Utilize. His key responsibility now is to maintain healthy relationships between Utilize and its clients. Creating high satisfaction and great experiences, helping customers achieve their desired outcomes, through identifying goals and ways to use our products and services more effectively.

His continued passion, business knowledge and conscientiousness are what drives his focus to build even stronger customer relationships.

Outside of Utilize it’s all about a fun-filled family life. Watching the development of his children through University and the workplace, creating new experiences, travel, cars and watching his son play rugby.
