Tim Gillott

With 20 years in the IT sector under his belt, Tim has seen first-hand the improvements and efficiencies that technology can bring to a business, from global infrastructure companies to local charities, and has a mission to change the perception of IT spend from being one of cost to being one of business enablement.

As Group Finance Director, Tim is involved across the business in seeking process efficiencies and ensures Utilize continues to invest wherever necessary to remain at the forefront of technology and reaffirm our commitment to being a People First business.

Since joining the company in 2021 he has led the charge to practice what we preach, with an overhaul of the internal reporting mechanisms allowing real time information to be available to Managers, helping facilitate decisions based on coherent data.

For fun, Tim is a keen runner and can even be seen at lunchtimes pounding the parks and streets of Basildon.  Weekends are spent with the family in the countryside or supporting his kids active lifestyle.
